Former Moroccan MP’s Speeding SUV Kills Two Electricians in Fatal Crash

As he was returning to Moulay Bousselham, his hometown, from Kénitra on Sunday, January 31, a former MP to the House of Advisors hit and killed two electricians on a motorcycle. Excessive speed would be the cause of the tragedy.
The driver of the 4X4 was driving at high speed on the road leading to Moulay Bousselham. Suddenly, the vehicle’s brakes failed. Two electricians riding a motorcycle to a douar in the Souk El Arbaa region of Gharb were violently hit, reports Al Akhbar. The two men died on the spot.
Alerted, the gendarmerie elements of Moulay Bousselham went to the scene of the accident. They immediately contacted the firefighters of Souk El Arbaa du Gharb to transport the bodies of the two victims to the morgue. They were taking a long time to arrive. The gendarmes then called on the services of an ambulance from the municipality of Moulay Bousselham.
The former parliamentary adviser and the driver of the 4X4 are the two survivors of this fatal accident. Injured, they were admitted to the hospital in Kénitra where they are receiving treatment.
