Fire Quickly Extinguished at Rabat’s Arribat Center Mall, No Injuries Reported

A fire broke out on Friday at Arribat center (Rabat) without causing any injuries or material damage.
The technical incident that occurred on the second basement level is the cause of this fire, the mall management said in a statement.
However, the fire was quickly brought under control by the technical teams of the mall with the help of civil protection and firefighters, the same source said.
The premises of the two basements as well as the shopping center were evacuated as a safety measure, according to Arribat Center, which claims to have all the necessary security devices to deal with this type of incident.
