Fez Man Kills Wife Days After Prison Release, Sparking Manhunt

A dispute between spouses ended in tragedy in the Moulay Abdellah neighborhood of Fez. It was the victim’s mother who found her daughter’s lifeless body, when she went to the couple’s home to see how she was doing after being beaten by her husband. But what a surprise it was to find her daughter’s lifeless body. According to Hespress, the man fled after his crime and remains untraceable.

At the scene, the police elements noted that the victim had been beaten and strangled. The victim’s body was transferred to the morgue of the Ghassani hospital in Fez for examination. The murderer is actively being sought.
