This new link will be served by the ship Eurocargo Napoli. Built in 1995, it measures 175 meters long by 24 meters wide, has a capacity of 120 units per trip, and can reach a speed of 19.5 knots.
In its expansion plan, the company has also planned the link between the port of Algeciras and that of Tanger Med, reports El Estrecho Digital. In this context, the company would have already contacted the port authority, pending a formal session to present the project to it and quickly undertake all the necessary steps to put this line into service, which is currently served by five other shipping companies.
