Fatal Collision: 21-Year-Old Moroccan Dies in Truck Crash on Spanish Highway

A young Moroccan died today in Teruel, in northern Spain, after his car collided with a truck, local authorities report.
The tragedy occurred around 2:25 a.m., reports the newspaper ABC. The young man, who lived in Ejulve, about a hundred kilometers from the scene of the accident, was driving a Volkswagen Passat that was traveling on the N-420 national road towards his home.
Several hours were needed for the police and firefighters to identify the victim, sources within the Guardia Civil told the newspaper.
The car he was driving collided head-on with a truck carrying pigs, the same source said, adding that traffic had to be diverted to clear the body and the two vehicles.
