Deadly Collision in Morocco: 14 Killed, 30 Injured in Bus-Truck Crash

It was a terrible accident that occurred today in the Moulay Bouselham region, with a head-on collision between a bus carrying agricultural workers and a truck carrying heavy equipment.
A truck carrying construction equipment is said to have hit a bus carrying agricultural workers head-on. Several deaths have already been recorded.
Thus, we are talking about 14 deaths and about thirty injured. The initial report only mentioned 8 people killed.
The local authorities as well as the Royal Gendarmerie and civil protection rushed to the scene to assist the injured, secure the scene of the tragedy, and take the necessary steps in such circumstances.
The injured were rushed to the hospitals of Kénitra and Larache, and Souk El Arbaa to be treated.
An investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of this accident.
According to a report from the Minister of Health: the number of deaths is 9 people and not 14, while the number of injured rises to about thirty.
