Fatal Car Crash in Libourne, France Claims Life of Young Moroccan Man
A young Moroccan lost his life in a traffic accident in Libourne (Gironde) on Sunday, May 7. The gendarmerie is conducting an investigation to understand the circumstances of this tragedy.
The accident occurred in Libourne, around 6:30 am on Sunday, May 7, 2023. A 25-year-old Moroccan died after a collision between two cars, at the intersection of the route de Saint-Émilion and the RD1089, reports Actu.fr. Alerted, the emergency services arrived on the scene, but they were unable to revive the young man who was in cardiac arrest. His death was declared on the spot.
Five other people are involved in the accident. Unlike the Moroccan, they were able to get out unharmed or almost. Only a 20-year-old passenger, on board the other vehicle, was slightly injured. However, her injury did not require hospitalization.
For now, the gendarmerie is conducting an investigation to try to determine the exact circumstances of this fatal accident.
