Fast-Food Chain Quick Plans Rapid Expansion to 30 Restaurants in Morocco by 2025

The fast-food chain "Quick" has big ambitions, planning to open at least fifteen additional restaurants before 2025. Whether in malls, drive-thrus or downtown, the expansion plan is already well underway.
"This choice responds to our desire to accelerate the development of the Quick brand to give it a national dimension as soon as possible," explained the CEO of Ténor Restauration, a subsidiary of the eponymous group, Jamal Hamdouch. Thus, Ténor Restauration essentially aims to increase the number of its restaurants to 9 by the end of 2021 and to 30 by the end of 2025, with about twenty franchised restaurants.
Furthermore, with its status as Master Franchisee, Ténor Restauration plans to set up about ten restaurants, mainly Flagship stores, in the form of "Drive-Thrus" in the city center or malls, the rest will be managed by franchises selected after a screening process and meeting Quick’s standards, informs L’Économiste.

Since the installation of the first restaurant in Rabat in February 2016, the brand has expanded with 6 other new sites in the cities of Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech and El Jadida. Thus, 7 restaurants (3 drive-thrus, 3 downtown and one mall) are operational and two others are under construction, Hamdouch is pleased to report. Regarding catering, "local cuisine" is a priority for Ténor Restauration to support the national economy and develop indirect employment.
For the next franchisees, they must be eligible for a very detailed specification. Because, "we are looking for experienced entrepreneurs, with management skills, large teams, rigorous managers and merchants with a keen sense of customer experience and satisfaction," the Ténor Restauration management specified. Furthermore, the next partners must be able to provide a customer experience on a daily basis similar to that of a customer in Paris, Brussels or elsewhere, and have enough resources to finance one or more restaurants.
