Espanyol Eyes Sevilla’s Munir El Haddadi as Contract Nears End

Munir El Haddadi should leave Sevilla FC next year, at the end of his contract. For now, few clubs are interested in the Moroccan striker who, according to the latest news, would be on Espanyol’s radar.
El Haddadi no longer has a place in Julen Lopetegui’s team and the two parties have understood that the time has come to part ways. But for now, the clubs interested in the Moroccan player are not numerous and do not yet present attractive offers. Getafe, in search of new strikers, had entered into negotiations with Sevilla to recruit El Haddadi, but ultimately preferred to sign Mayoral, reports El Desmarque.
Recently, it is Espanyol who has expressed interest in the Moroccan player. The club’s sporting director, Domingo Catoira, during a recent appearance in the media, acknowledged that Munir is an interesting player who, like other players on the market, can be studied, but specified that he is not currently "a priority" for the club.
