Eric Zemmour Reveals Private Call with Macron on Immigration in New Book

In his upcoming book to be released this September, Eric Zemmour revealed a telephone exchange with Emmanuel Macron that occurred in May 2020. Among the topics discussed: immigration.
France has not had its final say. This is how Eric Zemmour chose to title his next book, to be published on September 16 by Rubempré editions.
In this work, of which Le Figaro Magazine reveals excerpts, the polemicist has unveiled the behind-the-scenes of his interviews with several French politicians, including Emmanuel Macron after his assault.
According to an excerpt, the polemicist then told the Head of State: "I have a plan, there are many measures to be taken". Real interest or simple maneuver to blow up the program of a potential opponent, Emmanuel Macron would have assured the writer that he would be delighted to know his plan for immigration. "Make me a note, [...] my secretariat will contact you," the Head of State would have requested, but Eric Zemmour did not comply, the newspaper specifies.
For now, Éric Zemmour maintains the vagueness around his probable candidacy in the next French presidential election.
