ENCG Settat Faces Legal Challenge Over Alleged Exam Favoritism

A candidate for the entrance exam to the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) of Settat has filed an appeal for annulment before the administrative court of Casablanca, accusing the Institute of favoritism.
The plaintiff says he was "unjustifiably excluded in favor of people close to members of the commission," reports Al Oâmk. In his petition, he specifies that it is the first time that the selection criteria have been modified in order to favor certain candidates, including the son of a professor at the ENCG, who is also a member of the competition jury.

For health crisis reasons, the ENCG had decided to cancel the written exam of the competition, initially scheduled for September 10, 2021, and to select students solely on the basis of their file review. At the end of the procedure, 10 candidates will be selected.
