Emotional Farewell: Munir El Haddadi Departs Sevilla FC After Three Years

Munir El Haddadi bid farewell to Sevilla FC. A goodbye full of emotion and sincerity, with a tearful Munir and the club’s management and teammates who did not spare their praise for the Moroccan.
"I could not pay for everything Sevilla FC has given me... I thank the president, Pepe Castro, the vice-president, José María, the entire board and Monchi for organizing this event. Thank you all for the trust and affection of these three years. Thank you to Joaquín Caparrós, Paco Gallardo and Carlos Marchena for betting on my signing at the time. Thank you to all the coaches I have had, thank you to all my teammates," said Munir El Haddadi in his farewell message delivered with a voice full of emotion.
And he added: "I leave proud to have given the best of myself, to have tried to do my best on and off the field. I leave happy to have scored important goals. I leave happy to have actively participated in the sixth Europa League." The Moroccan international leaves Seville with a big trophy cabinet: 113 official matches, 25 goals, and 7 assists and a championship title, reports Diario de Sévilla.
Munir also addressed his teammates. "If there’s one thing I’ve learned in this club, it’s that you never give up. I know your quality, your professionalism and above all your human quality. I’m sure with the support of the public, you’ll correct this difficult start to the season we’ve had. I wish you all the best. I remain your friend, one of yours forever. Thank you Seville."
After this moving message from the Moroccan, captains Jesús Navas and Rakitic and several teammates, old and new, addressed him directly or in videos highlighting his human qualities on and off the field. His compatriot Youssef En-Nesyri addressed him in Arabic.
