The Carrousel, this is the name of the multi-purpose complex that the Emirati group IMKAN in Abu Dhabi intends to build on the Rabat corniche facing the Atlantic Ocean.
In detail, the Carrousel is a multi-purpose complex consisting of a hotel, a residential complex, a shopping center, etc. This complex will be built on the Rabat corniche, which has an area of 10 hectares.
To carry out this ambitious project, the Emirati group IMKAN, creator of urban spaces, plans to invest 1.5 billion dirhams. The Carrousel will play "a major role in the urban development of the capital", the group specifies in a press release.
To do this, The Carrousel aims to connect land and water, in a sustainable and resolutely contemporary approach on a 11 km coastal area and only 15 minutes from the city center and the highway.
