Emirates SkyCargo Delivers Vital Medical Supplies to Morocco Amid Pandemic

The transport of the kingdom’s essential goods is ensured by Emirates SkyCargo. These include pharmaceutical products.
Two cargo flights connect Dubai to Casablanca every week. This is how Emirates SkyCargo ensures the supply of essential goods to Morocco. The company uses the lower cargo hold of its passenger aircraft for the transport of goods. This allows customers to transport up to 50 tons per flight, despite the covid-19 crisis, reports ecoactu.ma.
This is how last Sunday, Emirates SkyCargo transported around 18 tons of medical supplies from Shanghai to Casablanca, with a stopover in Dubai. Emirates SkyCargo is currently handling the imports of medical supplies and various goods to Morocco. Exports also include fruits, vegetables and other goods.
According to the same source, Emirates SkyCargo has already transported more than 3,000 tons of medical supplies to fight coronavirus worldwide, more than 93,000 tons of perishable goods and more than 20,000 tons of pharmaceutical products since the beginning of January 2020.
