Electric cars: Morocco acquires Airtificial’s ultra-fast robots

Airtificial Group is reinforcing its international presence by signing three new industrial contracts, including one in Morocco. Its Intelligent Robots division will deploy advanced automation solutions for the manufacture of components for electric and hybrid vehicles for major global automakers.

As part of its establishment in Morocco, the Spanish company will develop cutting-edge technology dedicated to steering and transmission systems for a renowned automotive manufacturer. This project aims to provide high-performance components, such as electric power steering and Steer-by-Wire technology, for next-generation models.

The robotic production line will be able to achieve a rate of over 105 units per hour, with manufacturing cycles of less than 30 seconds, while integrating control systems that guarantee the traceability and quality of parts for Euro-American and Asian automotive groups.
