Elderly Moroccan Woman with Coronavirus in Critical Condition, Health Officials Report

The Moroccan tested positive for coronavirus a few hours ago is already in critical condition.
According to the director of epidemiology, Mohamed Lyoubi, director of epidemiology at the Ministry of Health, this 80-year-old patient, placed under medical supervision in isolation, at the Moulay Youssef hospital in Casablanca, is currently in critical condition.
She previously suffered from a chronic illness that has reduced her immune defenses. Diagnosed positive for coronavirus around midnight, after undergoing a series of tests at the Pasteur Institute, the 2nd victim of Coronavirus in Morocco left Italy like the first case declared on Monday, said the epidemiology official at the Ministry of Health, during a press conference.
According to Mohamed Lyoubi, the patient, upon arrival, did not show any symptoms of coronavirus. "It was only the next day that she began to have respiratory problems and it was she who took the initiative to call the dedicated number," clarified Mohamed Lyoubi.
The director of epidemiology also specified that the octogenarian patient is now under medical supervision, in isolation, at the Moulay Youssef hospital in Casablanca.
