Egyptian Nuclear Scientist Dies Mysteriously in Morocco After Conference

The President of the National Network of the Radiological Observatory within the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission in Egypt, Abdelmounaïm Ramadan, died on Wednesday, September 4, in a clinic in Marrakech.
The scientist, who had arrived in the city to participate in a scientific congress, suffered from a terrible stomach ache after drinking a glass of orange juice at the hotel where he was staying.
Rushed to a private clinic, the Egyptian national died a few hours later. According to the Febrayer website, a brigade from the Judicial Police went to the scene.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office was seized and an investigation was opened, in parallel with the autopsy of the body, in order to determine whether it is a natural death or poisoning.
