Dutch-Moroccan Kickboxer Mohammed Jaraya Arrested on Drug and Arms Trafficking Charges
The Dutch kickboxer of Moroccan origin, Mohammed Jaraya, is in big trouble. He has just been arrested by the police and the accusations against him could definitively end a promising career.
He is accused of drug trafficking, arms trafficking and money laundering. This arrest comes at a very bad time as the Moroccan was supposed to make his comeback in the ring on February 11 in Essen, Germany.
Mohammed Jaraya seems to have some issues with the criminal milieu in the Netherlands. Last February, his father’s butcher shop located in Den Bosch (Netherlands) had been targeted by gunfire. A total of nine bullet impacts had been found by the police. It is not yet known whether these incidents are related to the accusations against Mohammed Jaraya.
