Dell Renews 6-Year Lease for Morocco Tech Hub, Expanding Operations

The American computer giant, Dell, renewed, in early May, its confidence in MedZ, a subsidiary of CDG Développement, for the renewal of the lease of its site at Casanearshore Park. This site is classified by Dell as a "Center of Excellence".

The Casanearshore Park site currently has more than 2,000 employees on an area of 20,000 m2 and offers services to clients present in 35 countries in 7 different languages.

According to Ahmed Khalil, General Manager of Dell EMC North Africa and West Africa, the quality of the site and the strategic partnership with MedZ contribute greatly to the development of their activities. This agreement is for a new firm period of 6 years as well as an extension of their activities, with an additional capacity of more than 15%.

It should be noted that such an agreement testifies to Dell’s renewed confidence in the choice of the Moroccan destination, the quality and competitiveness of the infrastructure developed by MedZ in a Smart Sourcing logic.
