Cyril Hanouna Escalates Feud with Sophia Aram, Attacks Family History on Live TV
Cyril Hanouna once again attacked the Moroccan-origin humorist and host Sophia Aram who criticized him for inviting Gérard Fauré, "a former drug dealer turned conspiracy theorist," on his show.
Cyril Hanouna chooses the same line of defense as last November to settle his scores with Sophia Aram. He once again attacked the judicial past of the humorist’s mother live on the air. "Khadija Aram, sentenced to two years in prison including six months in prison... Why? She is accused of having deceived people in an irregular situation by making them believe in residence permits while she was deputy mayor of Trappes. Not nice that... [...] Sophia you already have a job with your family, leave us alone!" Hanouna launched. The host also attacked Sophia’s career as a humorist. She was "known only because she does chronicles" on TPMP. "Otherwise no one knows her. 20 years of career without talent, that’s still an achievement," he scathed.
This new verbal attack against Sophia follows the critical look that the columnist cast on the intervention of the conspiracy theorist Gérard Fauré in the TPMP show on Thursday, March 9. The latter accused famous personalities like Pierre Palmade and Emmanuel Macron of consuming adrenaline, a drug that, according to him, would be made from the blood "of sacrificed children." "As likely as lighting one’s flatulence with a lighter can lead to burning the hairs on one’s buttocks, inviting a former drug dealer turned conspiracy theorist on Hanouna’s show can lead to this," explains the columnist in her article entitled "The conspiracy too far" on France Inter.
She asserts: "It’s also a bit of a problem when you expect a brainless person to regulate another brainless person, it’s a bit like cleaning vomit with vomit, it doesn’t work very well." And she adds: "Of course I could do another chronicle on the dangers of a bunch of congenital idiots snickering on demand to the injunctions of a boor spreading his ignorance on the highway of his replete self-satisfaction... When these end up feeding those scourges that populism and conspiracy theories represent."
