Comedian Sophia Aram Blasts TV Host Cyril Hanouna Over Personal Attack on Her Family

Moroccan-origin comedian and columnist Sophia Aram settles her scores with the host of "Touche pas à mon poste!", Cyril Hanouna, who attacked her mother’s criminal past live on air.
On France Inter on Monday, Sophia Aram expressed her anger: "To all those who keep telling me that my mother deserves to spend her days in prison, I would like to tell them that I agree with them. [...] Obviously, for dimwits like Hanouna and his horde of fanboys, it’s a bit complicated to understand, but, like all children who have had a delinquent or abusive parent, and my mother was both, it’s a rather frequent point of view." She continues: "If I have never let my mother make me a victim, it is not to let this idiot and his pack make me their victim, because deep down I know that now I am no longer ashamed."
This outburst of anger follows the new verbal attack against Sophia. A few days earlier, Cyril Hanouna attacked on the set of "Touche pas à mon poste!" the criminal past of her mother after the columnist criticized him in an article entitled "the conspiracy too far". "Khadija Aram, sentenced to two years in prison including six months in prison... Why? She is accused of having deceived people in an irregular situation by making them believe in residence permits while she was deputy mayor of Trappes. Not nice that... [...] Sophia you already have a job with your family, leave us alone!" Hanouna had blurted out.
