The Polisario Front has finally decided to acknowledge the existence of 4 positive COVID-19 cases in the Tindouf camps.
The Polisario Front has stated that it has recorded "the first 4 cases of Covid-19" in the Tindouf camps, after months of "efforts and preventive measures".
According to media close to the front, there are "two asymptomatic cases, one with mild symptoms and another in critical condition".
Taking advantage of the COVID-19 health crisis, Algeria and the front have launched several calls for humanitarian aid for the populations living in the camps on Algerian territory.
