Civil Guard Arrests Two European Women for Smuggling Moroccan Migrant into Melilla

The Civil Guard has arrested in Melilla two women of Belgian and French origin who tried to cross the border with a Moroccan woman hidden in the back of their vehicle.
The two women coming from Morocco were trying to illegally bring a Moroccan woman, whom they had hidden in the back of the Belgian-registered vehicle, into Melilla. She was discovered during the inspection of the vehicle by the agents at the Beni Ensar border, reports Europa Press.
The Moroccan woman "in perfect health" was taken to the Temporary Stay Center for Migrants (CETI). As for the two women, of French and Belgian nationality, they were detained pending trial. They are accused of migrant trafficking and crime against the rights of foreigners.
