CIH Bank Sells Three Hotels in Ouarzazate and Fès, Seeks Investors for Tourism Projects

Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier (CIH Bank) has launched the call for expressions of interest (AMI) for the sale of three hotel establishments intended for tourism projects.
The notice published on Monday concerns more specifically two hotels in Ouarzazate. On the one hand, the Palmeraie hotel, a 3-star establishment located in the heart of the city, and on the other hand, the Farah El Janoub hotel, a 4-star establishment located in the tourist area of the city.
The last hotel put up for sale by CIH Bank is the Belle Vue hotel, located on the road to Fès, and which includes 38 rooms and 4 suites. Interested companies can submit their offers until December 21 next. The opening of the bids is scheduled for two days later, i.e. December 23.
