  The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has provided financing of 40 million euros to the Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier (CIH), to support small businesses and trade in Morocco.
  According to the EBRD, small and medium-sized enterprises are the beating heart of the Moroccan economy and are the most affected by the current health and economic crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic.

• CIH Bank Sells Three Hotels in Ouarzazate and Fès, Seeks Investors for Tourism Projects

  Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier (CIH Bank) has launched the call for expressions of interest (AMI) for the sale of three hotel establishments intended for tourism projects.
  The notice published on Monday concerns more specifically two hotels in Ouarzazate. On the one hand, the Palmeraie hotel, a 3-star establishment located in the heart of the city, and on the other hand, the Farah El Janoub hotel, a 4-star establishment located in the tourist area of the city.

• Moroccan Bank Reimburses Customers After Online Fraud Drains Accounts

  Several CIH Bank accounts in Morocco have been drained through an unsecured website. Faced with customer complaints, the bank not only closed the site that allowed these fraudulent operations, but also decided to reimburse the victims.
