Chinese Tourist’s $2,200 Louis Vuitton Bag Vanishes During Morocco Trip
After arriving in Morocco, a Chinese tourist notices the disappearance of her Louis Vuitton (LV) Cannes Monogram Reverse Canvas bag purchased in a store in France.
While in transit in France, a Chinese woman asked her husband to buy her a Louis Vuitton (LV) Cannes Monogram Reverse Canvas bag in a store. The bag cost 2,030 euros. Her husband returned with the bagged bag. The couple then traveled to Morocco. Tired, the woman did not have time to check the packaging. She will do it the next day. To her great surprise, she discovers that the packaging was empty. It did not contain the luxury bag.
Shocked, she tried to contact the store, but to no avail. She suspects the store staff of intentionally giving her an empty box to get through customs. The Chinese tourist recounts her story on social media. Many Internet users have in turn shared similar experiences.
