Celta Vigo Aims to Retain Moroccan Star Sofiane Boufal Despite High Transfer Fee

The Moroccan international, Sofiane Boufal, still seduces the leaders of "Celta Vigo". They are not ready to accept the transfer of the Moroccan international, currently in Egypt, to defend the colors of Morocco.
No transfer for international Sofiane Boufal! The former Southampton player, on loan to "Celta Vigo" last July, should no longer play under the colors of the English Club next season. The Spanish club, seduced by his performances, is determined to keep him.
Negotiations to finalize the deal are underway in order to keep the 25-year-old player. The only sour note is the transfer price of over 16 million, demanded by the English, an amount deemed too excessive by the Spaniards.
While waiting to finalize the contract of the best dribbler in the Spanish championship, he has already given his agreement to stay on the "Celta Vigo" bench, where he has rediscovered a new style of play, based on ball possession and offensive attitude, to give him even more visibility.
In Egypt, where he is currently staying as part of the CAN, Sofiane Boufal is a key element of Hervé Renard’s game system. He even came back yesterday, Friday, June 28, 2019, at the end of the match against Côte d’Ivoire.
