Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport Ranks Among World’s Top 5 Most Improved, Skytrax Reports
Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport is among the top 5 "most improved" airports in the world. This is the result of the 2022 ranking of the World Airport Awards established by the international air transport rating organization, Skytrax.
"This performance is the result of the daily work of our operational teams and all our partners to best serve our customers, passengers and airlines," explains Abdelhak Mazour, director of Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport, to la MAP, assuring that his organization makes the improvement of reception and quality of service, as well as health concerns, absolute priorities.
"This ’customer-centric’ mindset permeates all our daily actions: from the adoption of the lean sigma approach to streamline the passenger journey, to the modernization of equipment and furniture to improve comfort and facilitate orientation within the airport, through the availability of our teams to inform and assist passengers," he further explains. Abdelhak Mazour also promises that Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca will continue to redouble its daily efforts to continuously improve the quality of service, hospitality and the general atmosphere in its terminals.
Riyadh Airport in Saudi Arabia tops the 2022 Skytrax ranking of the world’s most improved airports. It precedes the airports of LaGuardia in New York (USA), Dammam (Saudi Arabia), Seattle-Tacoma (USA) and Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca.
