FC Bruges Linked with Moroccan Winger Oussama Idrissi as Sevilla Exit Looms

On loan to Ajax, Moroccan international Oussama Idrissi is back at Seville and will have to find another club to have a chance of being selected for the next Africa Cup of Nations. Vahid Halilhodzic had recently called on Moroccan internationals without a club or out of contract to find clubs capable of helping them improve their game strategy.
Even though he is back in Seville, Oussama Idrissi knows that he will have to find a destination other than the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán. Under contract with Seville until 2025, the 25-year-old winger is no longer in Julen Lopetegui’s good graces, who has made it clear to him. He has many other opportunities ahead of him, such as FC Bruges, but according to Estadio Deportivo, no concrete offer has been made so far.
The Seville management is trying to put the spotlight on him in order to recover the twelve million euros used for his recruitment. But in these times of financial constraints, it will be quite costly for a club to invest such an amount on a player who is no longer at the peak of his art. The renewal of another loan, but this time with a purchase option, would be considered.
Since his arrival in Spain, Oussama Idrissi has played ten games with Seville: three in the league, three in the Champions League and four in the Copa del Rey. In the winter transfer window, he joined Ajax with whom he made 14 appearances.
