Bride-to-Be Dies Mysteriously in Guelmim, Morocco, Day Before Wedding

In Guelmim, the judicial police have opened an investigation to determine the causes of the death of a young woman that occurred the day before her wedding at the regional hospital.
Commotion in Guelmim. Experiencing dizziness with stomach pains, followed by vomiting during the henna ceremony, a woman in her thirties was admitted to the regional hospital, reports the Arabic-language daily Al Akhbar. After receiving the necessary care, she returns to her parents’ home. The latter suspected intestinal colic without consequences. The next day, her health deteriorates. The young woman loses consciousness. She develops a high fever. The bride-to-be is admitted to the hospital again in an emergency. She is quickly taken care of, but she dies a few minutes later.
The death of the thirtysomething woman causes the doctor’s astonishment, who does not rule out the hypothesis of food poisoning. He then alerts the police, who go to the hospital. The experts from the scientific and technical police also come into play. On the orders of the prosecutor of the king near the court of first instance of Guelmim, an autopsy of the body of the deceased will be carried out to determine the true causes of her death.
