Bollywood Star Nora Fatehi Embroiled in Multimillion-Dollar Money Laundering Scandal

New revelations in the money laundering and economic offenses case linked to the Indian scammer Sukesh Chandrashekhar, in which the Moroccan-Canadian actress and producer Nora Fatehi would be implicated.
In court, Nora Fatehi revealed that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had promised her a lavish house and a luxurious lifestyle to be his girlfriend, reports The Industan Times. These allegations provoked the reaction of the Indian scammer, currently incarcerated in Tihar prison in the 210 Crore money laundering case. "Today, she (Nora) accuses me by saying that I had promised her a house. But she had already taken a large sum from me to buy a house for her family in Casablanca, Morocco. All these new stories are fabricated by her to escape justice after the deposition she had made before the ED (Enforcement Directorate of India, editor’s note) 9 months ago," reacted Sukesh.

What about the car the Indian scammer would have bought for the Moroccan-Canadian actress? "Nora also wanted a car. She wanted to change her own car. CLA was very cheap. So I didn’t give her a CLA car. I was going to give Nora a Range Rover. But that car was not in stock at the time. So I immediately offered her a BMW Series S that she used for a long time. Since she was not Indian, she asked me to register it in the name of Bobby, her best friend’s husband," Sukesh reveals.
And he adds: "There was never any professional transaction between Nora and me, as she claims. Except once when she participated in an event organized by my foundation, for which her agency was officially paid."
