Belgian Star Nacer Chadli Invests in Standard Liège Stadium Development Project

The Belgian international of Moroccan origin, Nacer Chadli, is entering the real estate company of Standard. He becomes the second Red Devil, after Axel Witsel, to invest in the capital of the company that carries the development projects of the new Sclessin stadium and its surroundings.
Nacer Chadli is now a shareholder of the Immobilière de Standard, like Professor Jean-Yves Reginster and the anonymous company Solico, reports L’Echo. This entry was ratified during a General Assembly, held on October 30, 2020. These new investors have helped increase the capital of the Immobilière du Standard to 7,308,000 euros.
Nacer now joins Axel Witsel, Damien Darche (independent director), Juan Rizzo (Balteau SA), Michaël Markowicz (CIM Immobilier), Sacha Feytongs (Standard de Liège SA), Bryan Whitnack (financial expert, Standard de Liège SA) and Bruno Venanzi, the current shareholder and 99% shareholder of the Liège football club, on the new Board of Directors.
For the main shareholder, the Board of Directors is made up of a versatile and motivated panel of real estate specialists of all kinds, football, but also management.
