Bayern Munich's Adam Aznou Makes History as Youngest Debutant at 18

At only 18 years old, Adam Aznou is now the youngest player to make his debut with the first team of Bayern Munich. The young defender, who also holds this precocity record with the Moroccan national team, came on the field on Saturday against Union Berlin (3-0) in the Bundesliga.

Aznou came on in the 80th minute, replacing Canadian international Alphonso Davies, becoming the youngest starter in Bayern’s history. In eleven minutes, the 18-year-old defender showed that he deserves his place in the Bavarian squad, contributing to his club’s victory over Union Berlin (3-0). Coach Vincent Kompany is satisfied with the young player’s performance. "Adam has been excellent in training and with the team. He can be proud of himself. Now he just has to keep working," he said after the match.

For his part, Adam Aznou expressed his joy at making his Bundesliga debut. "There is no better way to make my debut than at the Allianz Arena in front of our supporters...
