Bayern Munich Prodigy Adam Aznou Joins Morocco National Team for First Training Session

The young prodigy of Bayern Munich, Adam Aznou participated on Monday in his first training session with the Atlas Lions at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé.
Adam Aznou is acclimating to the den of the Atlas Lions. He confided to the microphone of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) after his first training session with the Moroccan team: "I was training with Bayern Munich, and it was my parents who announced the news to me. They were proud, and I wanted to be with them to experience this feeling." He does not hide his happiness to join the Atlas Lions squad. "We have a great team, and I was very happy with what they also accomplished at the Olympics, with a unique style of play, and everything is going well here," he added.
The young Bayern Munich prodigy also said that he had spoken with the coach of the Moroccan national team before his first call-up. "I spoke with Walid Regragui six months ago. He told me that I had to work, and here I am with the national team. The players are kind, the communication is going very well, they speak in Spanish, and we hope that on September 6th, in Agadir, we will get a victory," said the 18-year-old player.
The Atlas Lions will face the Gabon Panthers on Friday, September 6th at 7:00 pm (GMT+1), on the pitch of the Grand Stade d’Agadir, for the first match of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025) qualifiers. They will then cross swords with the Lesotho team on September 9th for the second match.
