Barcelona’s Xavi Includes Moroccan Star Ezzalzouli in US Tour Squad Despite Transfer Rumors

Announced in a bad position within the Catalan club, Moroccan international Abdessamad Ezzalzouli has been retained by coach Xavi on the list of players called up for the club’s summer tour in the United States.
Has coach FC Barcelona decided to give Abdessamad Ezzalzouli a chance to be more active within the club? Keeping him in the group that will face Real Madrid in a friendly match in the United States on July 23 gives that impression.
The Moroccan player had been in a bad position for some time, to the point where the club, which was rejecting all offers made to poach him, finally accepted them. It is in this way that in recent times, he has been approached by Girona and Betis Seville for the possibility of a loan of Ezzalzouli. But Xavi has decided to give him a chance to show what he is capable of during this summer tour.
Moroccan hope international Chadi Riad did not have the same chance as Ezzalzouli. He was simply excluded from the list in favor of the club’s new recruits such as Franck Kessié, Raphinha and Christensen.
