Barcelona Winger Abde Ezzalzouli Eyes Roma Move Amid Transfer Speculation
Moroccan player Abde Ezzalzouli is considering leaving FC Barcelona during the upcoming transfer window. Even though his contract runs until June 2024, he could ultimately join José Mourinho’s Roma.
Will Abde Ezzalzouli, right winger of FC Barcelona, join Roma on loan or in a permanent transfer? For now, the player has been approached by the Italian club, according to Le Corriere dello Sport, which did not provide details on the stage of negotiations between the player and Roma. However, the offer made to the player would be around 10 million euros.
According to the same source, Ezzalzouli would like to join José Mourinho at Roma because he would have been disappointed by the unfulfilled promises of his coach, Xavi, who had promised him that he would have his place within the Catalan club.
Out of 30 possible appearances, the player has only 10 in La Liga (including 6 as a starter).
Currently, FC Barcelona is 2nd with 60 points (17 wins, 9 draws and 4 losses). As for Roma, it is 5th with 57 points (17 wins, 6 draws and 9 losses).
