Barcelona’s Xavi Advocates for Camp Nou to Host 2030 World Cup Final

Xavi Hernández joins the debate on the choice of stadium to host the 2030 World Cup final. The Barça coach believes that the Camp Nou is the ideal stadium to host this final because it has "the largest capacity".
The 2030 World Cup will be organized by Spain, Portugal and Morocco, but opening matches are planned in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay to mark the centenary of the competition. But already, a debate on the location of the final is raging, reports La Sexta.
While several voices are calling for this final to be played at the Santiago Bernabeu, home of Real Madrid, or "in a stadium in Casablanca" as Morocco has publicly wished, the Barça coach is asking that the 2030 World Cup final be played at the Camp Nou, Barça’s stadium, which he says has "the largest capacity".
