Morocco Plans Massive 110,000-Seat Stadium for 2030 World Cup Bid

Morocco wants the 2030 World Cup final and could get it with the new stadium that should be built in Benslimane, in the Casablanca region.
The president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Fouzi Lekjaa, said in a statement to the Al-Sharq TV channel that the stadiums for the final phase of the 2030 World Cup will have a capacity of 55,000 to 65,000 seats each, as this is the minimum required for such competitions under FIFA.
As for the new stadium in Casablanca, which is to be built in Benslimane, it will be able to accommodate more than 110,000 spectators, enough to convince FIFA officials for the final.
The FRMF president revealed Morocco’s desire to bid to host this final, which is also coveted by Spain and Portugal.
