Barcelona Eyes Mazraoui Transfer as Ajax Star Signals Departure

Unless there is a change, Noussair Mazraoui should leave Ajax this summer. The Moroccan winger is rumored to be joining Barça, who are in negotiations with the Dutch club for an exchange with Sergiño Dest.
"The chances of staying at Ajax are very low, maybe 5%. I’m open to novelty. I’ve been playing here for 16 years and I think it’s the right time to leave Ajax," Mazraoui said after the match won on Sunday against PSV.

The Moroccan winger is of interest to FC Barcelona, who have been negotiating with Ajax for months with a view to his transfer. The Catalan club is even willing to exchange Mazraoui for Sergiño Dest, who still does not meet Barça’s expectations in terms of attack.
This statement by Mazraoui shows that he is determined to leave Ajax, who, on their side, could accept to let him go, or decide to keep him until the end of the Champions League.
