Barcelona Targets Ajax’s Mazraoui to Bolster Defense in Summer Transfer Window

Agent Mino Raiola exchanged with the president of FC Barcelona about the possibility of recruiting Noussair Mazraoui. "Barça would be ready to make an effort for the arrival of the Ajax winger," reports the Catalan newspaper Sport, specifying that the Spanish club currently needs to strengthen its underperforming defense with players Dani Alves, Serginho Dest and Moussa Wagué.

Noussair Mazraoui, whose contract with Ajax expires on June 30 next and who has already indicated that he will not renew it, could therefore land at FC Barcelona. "It’s been 16 years that I’ve been playing here and I think it’s the right time to leave," Mazraoui had said.
