Atlético Madrid Eyes Moroccan Star Yassine Bounou as Potential Goalkeeper Signing

Indispensable in Seville’s goal since his arrival, Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou is coveted by the big European clubs, including Atlético Madrid who have expressed their wish to recruit him this summer.
For next season, Atlético Madrid is looking for a replacement for Jan Oblak, who can generate good internal competition by strengthening the goal.
According to the Spanish press, the capital club would have made an offer of around 15 million euros to the Seville goalkeeper, even if the latter would have already extended his contract with his club.
At Seville since 2019, Yassine Bounou has played 97 official matches, during which he has conceded 68 goals (0.70 on average). An exceptional performance that has made him the favorite player of the club’s fans.
