Aston Villa Joins Race for Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat as Transfer Fee Set at €30 Million
Another stable is showing interest in the Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat who is ready to leave Italy this summer. His club is demanding 30 million euros to let the Atlas Lion go.
In addition to Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, Aston Villa wants to acquire the services of Sofyan Amrabat, reports Viola News. Villa has been very ambitious in the transfer market. The club has recruited quality players such as Pau Torres and Moussa Diaby. It could therefore consider recruiting the Atlas Lion. No club has yet convinced Fiorentina, which is demanding 30 million euros to let its midfielder go.
Sofyan could be very useful for Aston Villa. He is one of the architects of Morocco’s historic and exceptional run at the 2022 Qatar World Cup. Morocco became the first African and Arab nation to reach the semifinals of a World Cup. With his club, the 26-year-old player has achieved over 90% of his passes and has shone in important duels as an attacking midfielder.
