Two Arrested at Casablanca Airport for Fake COVID-19 Documents

Elements of the police of the Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca arrested two individuals who had a false exceptional travel authorization and a falsified Covid-19 test.
During border controls, the two individuals, one of whom was a 16-year-old minor, presented a fake Covid test and a fake exceptional travel authorization to leave Morocco on a flight to Turkey, said the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) in a statement, specifying that after verification, the documents proved to be false.
The two individuals were arrested and an investigation was opened by the judicial police brigade of the Mohammed V International Airport, under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office.
