US Army to Conduct ’Arcane Thunder 2024’ Exercises in Morocco and Germany

The United States will conduct military exercises called "Arcane Thunder 2024" in Morocco and Germany from August 5 to 16. Nearly 300 American soldiers and four partner and allied countries will participate in these maneuvers.
A statement published Monday on the official website of the US Army in Europe and Africa announces the holding of these military exercises. "The Arcane Thunder 24 maneuvers will apply non-lethal effects in the multi-domain concept to ensure that allied and partner countries gain a decisive advantage against potential adversaries in all human, physical and informational domains and dimensions of the war environment," explains Colonel Patrick Moffett, commander of US multi-mission forces, quoted in the statement.
The senior officer specifies that these maneuvers constitute "an opportunity to further strengthen cooperation and highlight the long-standing partnership between the United States and Morocco." The Arcane Thunder 24 maneuvers will be led by the second US Multi-Domain Task Force. Participants will conduct simulation exercises with non-lethal effects in all domains (land, sea, air, cyberspace and space) in order to be more effective on the operational theaters of the US European Command.
