Apple TV finally arrives in Morocco for less than one euro per month

The rollout will begin during September and will be completed before the end of the month, announces Apple. Morocco is one of the 59 new countries where Apple TV is becoming available.

The offer will start at 0.99 dollars per month, or around 0.86 euros at the current exchange rate. It will include 50 GB of iCloud storage, Apple TV and Apple Arcade, at no extra cost. The subscription can be shared with five other family members.

Users will be able to watch Apple TV films, series and documentaries on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV 4K, connected TVs, game consoles and directly from a browser. The catalogue notably includes « Ted Lasso », « Severance », « The Studio », « CODA » and « F1 ».

More than 200 games without advertising

Apple Arcade will provide access to more than 200 games without advertising or in-app purchases, with the option to play offline. The announced titles include « Football Manager 26 Touch », « NBA 2K26 Arcade Edition », « Madden NFL 27 Arcade Edition », « Angry Birds Reloaded » and « Hello Kitty Island Adventure ».

The subscription will also include Apple Music Select, a selection of music stations without advertising. Full access to Apple Music will remain paid, but will be offered to iCloud+ subscribers at 3.49 dollars per month, around 3.03 euros, or 5.49 dollars, around 4.76 euros, for the family plan.

Apple is simultaneously changing its subscription system in Morocco. Apple TV and Apple Arcade will no longer be offered separately. Existing individual subscriptions will be automatically cancelled, but their holders will retain continuous access to both services through iCloud+. Backups and game progress will be preserved.

The arrival of Apple TV intensifies competition among streaming platforms in Morocco, as Netflix now charges between 45 and 115 dirhams per month for its subscriptions. Apple, for its part, is betting on a plan combining online storage, films, series and games for less than one euro per month.
