The president of the institution, Carlos Fenoy, denounces a flagrant asymmetry in the strait, where the Spanish regime faces three other tax systems, including the very attractive one of Morocco. Already deployed in southern Italy or Lithuania, this specific tax status would act as a powerful engine of development. Moderate projections anticipate the creation of 11,000 jobs and the attraction of nearly 7 billion euros in investments, generating an annual impact of 300 million euros for local SMEs.
