Alleged Exorcist and Accomplices Arrested for Torture and Fraud in Morocco

The gendarmerie of Skhirat arrested a "raqi" and his two accomplices following a complaint for torture and fraud filed against them by a woman and her daughter.
The events took place at the home of the "raqi" in Douar El Arjat. A mother had gone to Yassine Chrif, who would be a disciple of the charlatan "Mekki de Skhirat" to be treated. However, the exorcism session turned into a torture session in the presence of the client’s daughter, reports Assabah. In action, the "raqi" and his two accomplices. During his interrogation, Yassine Chrif claimed to have a gift for exorcising jinns and to have healed several patients, including well-placed personalities and businessmen. According to him, the role of his accomplices is to help him control the clients possessed by the devil. They will have to be brought before the public prosecutor’s office near the court of first instance of Témara.
