Agadir Restaurants Debunk Price Hike Rumors, Pledge to Maintain Tourist-Friendly Rates

The Regional Association of Tourist Restaurants of Souss-Massa has denied the recent rumors of "unjustified" price increases for services in certain restaurants, reiterating the commitment of professionals to maintain the current rates.
In a statement, the Association affirmed that all classified restaurants in the region continue to respect the prevailing prices, without imposing additional fees on customers. While reassuring domestic and foreign tourists about the quality of the services provided, it reaffirmed the determination of professionals to preserve the reputation of the city of Agadir and the Souss-Massa region as a leading tourist destination.
Several visitors to Agadir and other cities in the region have expressed their dissatisfaction in recent days with the "unjustified" price increases by some unclassified establishments. This practice is detrimental to the sector, indicates the association, which specifies that the price variation observed in certain establishments could be explained by the rise in the cost of raw materials.
