African Nations Championship Postponed Indefinitely Due to Coronavirus Concerns

The African Nations Championship (CHAN 2020) has been officially postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus.
Initially scheduled in Cameroon, from April 4 to 25, the CHAN will not take place, like several other global competitions. According to the Confederation of African Football (CAF), this decision was made, in agreement with the Cameroonian authorities, in order not to "endanger the health of players, officials, partners and supporters".
Given the current situation, it is difficult to predict the end of the pandemic, even if the situation is relatively stable in Cameroon.
Furthermore, the restrictions imposed by each country, including Morocco, would make the participation of many sporting nations impossible.
