Ministerial departments and public services will now be equipped with nurseries, according to a circular from the Minister in charge of Public Administration and Civil Service Reform, Mohammed Benabdelkader.
Facilitating women’s access to positions of responsibility is the objective of this new measure. Decided by the Minister, this initiative aims to strengthen gender equality as stipulated in the Constitution.
